Hotels.com has a price match if you find something cheaper on another website it's just getting them to honor it their customer service must be taught to find every reason in the book to not give you the difference back on your credit card it is so frustrating that you're better off just going to the website that the price is lower good luck trying

Hotels.com - worst service ever
I tried to book a hotel on Hotels.com, however thie system failed to process my order. I was under impression that order is completed, however hotel was not informed and no reservation was made. I had to pay much more to book another hotel in the area. I will file a BBB complaint and will never use their services.
